Thank you for play my level and finding issue.
I revised a issue and updated it.
There's a slight issue right as you start the underwater place: you lose wings before the checkpoint. If you die before triggering the checkpoint you respawn back in vertical section where wings would normally be enabled. You can do it without wings but it does make it substantially trickier.
It does not need the cool-down in a barrel roll and the wall run if I set cool-down for a launchers.
(The underwater place where a launcher leads to in succession is excluded)
So I did not set it.
