Orbital Tower Rally

Description
The Orbital Tower Rally is a winding and twisting path up an orbiting tower (duh) where you might actually need to use your breaks sometime, or at least release the gas. An eclectic collection of stretches, it has special checkpoints that you need to get for the goal to be reachable.
