Do you want to ward off people trying to finish you? Maybe hurt a few one last time before running? Or maybe pick and choose who joins your escape? The Defended Life Boat carries the standard 6 passengers, but comes equipped with a gattling turret on the rear to spit lead ant any pursuers. With a smaller carry capacity and light armor, this Life Boat take up some more room than the Standard life boats out there. Instead of using only these for your escape, try dotting these around so you have room for everyone and other boats, while still being able to (very mildly) defend the survivors. Comes equipped with a parachute for planetary efforts, but must be loaded before use. Keep off until use is needed, battery life is equal to yours.
