Pretty straightforward mod that makes the wholesome icon himself the leader of America.

EDITS TO THE GAME:
- Adds two possible portraits of Keanu Reeves to the game, replacing FDR
- Removes the event of FDR's death
- Edits all known decisions requiring the country leader to be FDR
