Lower Priority Gravity Gen

Description
This mod does exactly what it sounds like - it lowers the power consumption priority of gravity generators, from 5/9 (Utility) to 7/9 (Gyro); this means that it will no longer be able to starve things like Programmable Blocks of power.

Unless you have underpowered your ship, you *will not notice* the effects of this mod!
