Combined Trinkets for Arbalest and Musketeer

In order to limit incompatibility between mods, the content of this mod has been split into two: if you own the crimson court dlc, its combined set of trinkets is included in THIS ADD-ON. No DLC is strictly required, except for the musketeer one (of course). NOT COMPATIBLE with other mods that make changes to trinkets from the base game or the Color of Madness DLC.

The "combined" trinkets, which can be used by both the arbalest and the musketeer, replace the arbalest's ones and their look highlights their duality.

The musketeer's trinkets, however, are not removed from the game. Instead, their rarity is set to "Kickstarter" (the category of the game's backer trinkets). This may seem odd, but in this way:
-you don't lose those you already have. If you decide to disable the mod they will restored to their original state.
-they won't drop or show up as quest rewards, unlike their combined versions.
-sorting your trinket inventory moves them to the bottom.
-you can still sell them.
