I no longer make mods for this game... but why don't you try yourself? It is as easy as opening the [.entries.trinkets] files with a text editor and removing any hero that appears within the "hero_class_requirements" brackets.
These files can be found here [...\Steam\steamapps\common\DarkestDungeon\trinkets] and in the corresponding DLC folders.

Hi, spawn chance is the same as any other hero.

Hello, sorry if this has been asked before but does trinket spawn chance remain same as any other hero? Or it is half?
