This mod works PERFECTLY with 2.3, even if your game is heavily modded.

Dont know if this is fixable but changes checksum so wont let me play ironman

@Kepos: You can press the mouse wheel to look around. I rarely touch my keyboard while playing Stellaris anymore ^^

Nice mod for my second monitor. Any chance to see an InGame view-movement cross or something, to adjust it with the mouse instead of the keyboard?
