Disables edge scrolling.

As of 3.0 it looks like you can disable edge scrolling in the vanilla game under Gameplay Options. They call it "edge panning".

you'll have to take that up with paradox. they are the ones that put this setting in a file that, when modified, changes the signatures that are checked for ironman, multiplayer, etc. so it is not actually possible right now to disable edge scrolling in stellaris without having that problem.

i don't know why this isn't in the normal user preferences, but it really should be.

Well it disable achievements. Any way to apply this and allow them?

From what i can tell by the comments and my testing it should work just fine in 2.7.1. The only "compatibility change" needed is to change version number which as of now is just "cosmetic". I will update as soon as i have a few more minutes to spares.
