Description
The idea of this mod is to make all tech(including Fallen Empire tech, crisis tech and others researchable WITHOUT reverse-engineering..
DLC Leviathan required, but only for 3 tech, see below..

WARNING!!!
This mode change some basic requirements for tech(see below). You still need this tech even if you reverse engineering that tech.

Compatibility
Saved games – yes
Ironman – no
Other mods – yes, if the don’t overwrite tech files

Future plans
Compatibility with Stellaris 2.2 (when update come up)
Other mod for all weapons

Спасибо за хороший мод. Однако есть замечание: здесь не все техи. Теха с левиафана Мусорщик пропущенна. По дефолту лежит в папке technology файл 00_apocalypse_tech, последняя из списка # Nanobots. Вроде есть ещё пара техов с левиков на модификатор +% ресов, но точно не помню.

Welp, I found that for some reason my mod doesn't want to update on some computers. I've made compatibility for 2.1.* , and if you still see that mod is supported only for 2.1.2 then you should reinstall the mod(unsubscribe and subscribe again)

Well, in retrospect, my group found your mod this week, and decided to give it a go...and in our first game with it... they patch to 2.1.3. rendering it out of date.... typical

1) Yes ofc (but there would be 2.2 instead of 2.1.3)
2) No ofc, this mod only affect's vanilla tech

2 things, 1) Will this be updated for 2.1.3? 2) Does it affect other mods that add tech to the game, which you are not always guaranteed to unlock even though you have the prerequisite tech?

This is availiable for AI, but they rather wouldn't research and use any tech from mod. I noticed that AI use only crystal plate 1 in early and mid game, while weapons are researched(and not used) mainly only by AI with militarist ethic. AI can research dark matter but never try to speed rush to that tech.
Right now there is no way to avoid AI researching it, but I think there is nothing to fear about it.
