[STE2] Upgrade

A levelto show the celebration of upgrading your computer because you got a virus. Maybe the story doesn't make sense, maybe you can't really tell a story via a racing game (prove me wrong, Refract), but maybe it's a fun level with heaps of mechanics I like.

Update: (or should I say upgrade haha) minor playability issues for people who don't know the track yet. Added some minor changes and visual indicators to help with this.
