WHat did I tell ya Psych, Any of the legendary JL voices would be a great addition to X-com. Michael Ironside's Darkside, Clancy Brown's Lex Luther, Michael Ansara's Mr Freeze, Maria Canal's Hawkgirl, Brad Garret's Lobo, Tim Daly's Superman and Bizaro,, Tara Strong's Batgirl, so many you can do. All the way down to Robert Constanzo's HArvey Bullock, all would work great.
