Elgin roads only

Hello mayors, I present you the most realistic American road layout I have attempted thus far. This saved game is my current progress on the roads only build for the city of Elgin, and no it's not based on the real suburban city in Chicago. I am uploading this build mainly because I have gotten requests to upload this city.

I have not uploaded anything to the workshop for about two years now so I forgot which items are needed exactly but I tried my best to include everything I could. Let me know if there are any errors and I will try my best to fix it. Special shoutout to Budi Arisandi for the amazing interchanges.
