Description
I have uploaded a complete rework of Proving Ground Overhaul here.

This mod won't be supported anymore.

OVERVIEW
This mod adds new Proving Ground projects to unlock PCS in the Engineering Bay. I made this mod as an addon for my Proving Ground Overhaul mod but it can also be used as a standalone mod.

FEATURES
All project times/costs and item costs/resell values can be edited in the config file (you can add or remove anything, even corpses).
  • Adds new Proving Ground projects to unlock PCS
  • Renames basic PCS for consistency - e.g. "PCS: Perception" is now called "PCS: Basic Perception"
  • Basic PCS projects are unlocked by Alien Autopsies - Aim -> Muton, Dodge -> Viper, Health -> Berserker, Mobility -> Chryssalid, Will -> Archon
  • Advanced PCS projects are unlocked by completing the corresponding basic PCS project
  • Superior PCS projects are unlocked by completing the corresponding advanced PCS project
This mod acts as an Elerium Core sink. There are 15 new projects. This means you will need 15 Elerium Cores to unlock all superior PCS (unless you change the default project costs). So choose carefully which PCS you want to unlock first.

The configuration file should be in the following location:
<Your Steam Install> \steamapps\workshop\content\268500\1378802405\Config\XComPGOPCSAddon.ini

COMPATIBILITY
This mod should be compatible with almost any mod.

It should be safe to add mid campaign.

Does this mean you dont need this mod because of the rework you've done in your PG Overhaul mod?

I will be updating this mod in the coming weeks. It should be a major rework so expect minor inconveniences in ongoing campaigns.

FYI, the PGO mods ONLY make items buildable. They do not change their stats, they do not change their effects. If you get crashes or undesirable tactical behaviors, look elsewhere.

Some custom PCS are appearing in my game like nothing. I don't know what mod could be. Can you help me please?

Does anyone know how to add new items to this mod? I would like to add the Black Hole Generator Weapon and the Sub Sonic Grenades; but I have failed at configuring it. Has anyone succeeded at this or know how to?

I'm trying to make it so that a basic agility PCS cost a basic agility PCS (and so on for all of them) in a reverse engineering kind of way but I can only change the cost of all PCS'.

I'm also trying to make building the advance PCS cost a basic PCS for each type etc.



In the config
Is it possible to separate out all the PCS' for the proving grounds?

Is it possible to keep the 1st and 2nd tier PCS' available to buy after completing a tech that makes them obsolete?

Same problem as Vreejack. Build 2 PCS and neither of them shows on list when trying to equip them on soldiers :(
