Perhaps you could ask the ohter modder for help.

I use the other mod to remove very bad traits from my generals and field marshals, not to add potentially op traits.
I believe that if you only remove an "old guard" trait from a 1 skill fieldmarshal, that doesn't make him overpowered, only playable.

I think I'll still try to get my mod right anyways, that mod seems to change the balance of the game by letting you give your generals whatever you want them to have

@Warhorse, this feature to remove leaders now exists in another mod.
