Zoneable Cul De Sac

Want to make a quick cul de sac in your residential neighborhoods without needing to use custom ploppable house assets? So did I, and so I learned how to make this!

This mod adds a custom intersection that can be placed to create a cul de sac surrounded by 5 2x4 zoneable areas. It is meant to allow you to quickly add cul de sacs to your city without needing to manually place every building and prop around them. It won't look as good up close as a custom built cul de sac with RICO and other mods, but it is fast to place, looks nice, and will blend in well with the other growables around it.

There are 2 intersections included, one is the cul de sac by itself and the other includes a ring road placed around the cul de sac at the optimal distance for zoning your houses. They both include a custom large pavement decal to cover the grass area in the center.

Allows you to paint center area with pavement to hide grass and see pavement if you zoom out beyond decal rendering range.

Used to disable parking on the road sections closest to the main road. If allowed to park there the cars will be partially blocking the main road when parked. Quite rude of them if you ask me:P

This mod includes:

Intersection - Cul De Sac (The cul de sac by itself)
Intersection - Cul De Sac Ring (The cul de sac with ring road)
Road - Cul De Sac Road (Custom road used on cul de sac, one way one lane with parking)
Decal - Cul De Sac Decal (Large 32x32 round pavement decal used to cover center grass area, feel free to use it elsewhere if you like!)
