I've actually played this level while tripping acid (LSD) and it's quite an experience.

The track doesn't work on the most recent version of the game, at least on my end

Goes without sayin, especially since the level maker said it, but if you think going to a place like Vegas sounds like a seizure inducing nightmare, then this is NOT the level for you.

If you love the thought of going to Vegas, but it's too rich for your blood, download this level and the others cause you're in for a Psychedelic Bliss.

Excellent level.
