Description
Adds Walker Servos

After researching Advent Mec Autopsy you are able to build Walker Servos for 100 supplies.

Walker Servos count as vests and grant +3 mobility, +10 dodge and the ability to jump on buildings.

musashi. question? i wish for there to be a mark 2 of this. could it be possible? maybe you need to 200 supplies and 1 walker servos built as well in order to make a mark 2 verision. maybe the mark 2 verision would prove +6 mobility +15 dodge 2 health 2 armor. if you think about it the walker servos look they are made of some kind of armor. so at least adding armor/health to them make senses and is kind of needed in todays xcom with all the increase diffculity mods running around.

Still no luck (from back in January!) on getting some INI fix (or new config setting file) to allow swapping the default "Vest-Slot" for a proper "Utility-Slot" for them?
I just hate losing extra protection for cool speed! ;)

@Musashi: Would it be too much to ask for you to update this mod to act like plating, like in Favid's port of the LW2 plating? I hope that's no too much to ask. Keep up the good work.

Looks great. I am wondering below you say you can't limit this to one if it is in the utility slot?
Well two thoughts there. First an armored version to replace vests (upgrade) and second how do they limit only 1 grenade? Food for thought that might help.
