*The mod is not optimized for "Waking the Tiger" but will function just fine. There might be some small bugs with UI or localization right now.

This mod aims to expand the focus tree for the Soviet Union to allow for a fun and historically "plausible" fascist playthrough. The vanilla focus tree is adapted with a fascist branch, complete with new events, a new leader, and a new puppet country. It should not interfere with any other mods, and if you play as a different country with this mod installed, the ai Soviet Union should function identically to vanilla.

A new mod with a democratic focus branch is in the works, along with massive improvements brought by "Waking the Tiger".

This is my first mod, so constructive criticism is appreciated:)

I just finished my new focus tree expansion mod for the Soviet Union. It incorporates all of this focus tree and improves it. It also includes democratic options as well. Here is the link: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1406597668

This mod looks awesome, and thank you for the amazing work and effort! To everyone else, be patient, modders don't get paid to make content, despite being far better at it then the paradox dev team. If it wasn't for modders like Sangre, I would have given up this game long ago.

I'm sorry that everything is unfinished right now. I am a graduate student and am working on my thesis so I won't have much time for a couple of weeks. I am working on a a replacement mod with a "democratic socialism" tree and a better fascist tree. Again I am sorry that the mod is not in the best shape right now.

But at the same time it's pretty unfucking finished, with lines of text/code found in the labels of literally everything once you play the mod.

I like the idea of this. The Soviet Union doesn't have democratic or facist choices in it's tree, which is really upsetting, since the Russian Empire is powerful af.

@Days till death: 805 I just set up a discussion for bug reports. If you have one, let me know there and I'll try to fix it asap. The current build of the mod is just barely working for 1.5.1., I am working on a build optimized for "Waking the Tiger".

@Undead Unicorn I plan on making the Russian Empire a formable nation later, so a nice change of color is in order:)
