Reinforce Rate Fix

Description

Reinforce Rate Fix
Let me introduce you to Hearts of Iron IV. The game where you give your troops the order to attack/defend and there is a 2% chance they will follow that order! "But why? How can I fix this?", you may ask. Well, this mod fixes this that problem. It increases the chance that divisons will reinforce from a base of 2% to 85%!

Features
- Increases the chance of troops reinforcing from 2% to 85%! This affects both players and AI.
- Should work with all mods, and it is multiplayer compatible.
- That's all the mod does.

This mod no longer works, for anyone who wants this effect you can do it yourself easily by editing the economy laws and adding "land_reinforce_rate = 1.0" to the modifiers for each of the laws. The file that defines mobilization laws can be found at Steam\steamapps\common\Hearts of Iron IV\common\ideas under _economic.txt
