Description
This XAI module has dynamically changing costs, training and much more for armies/navies depending on the stance you choose.

XAI is a core improvement mod and designed to fix most of the vanilla issues that are present in the game. XAI modules are designed and balanced to work together as a complete mod. Its main purpose for being modular is easy adoption for other modders, easier troubleshooting, and updating. It is also designed in the "submod format" meaning that it has the highest compatibility with other mods!

Campaign Map terrain and roads have been revamped to accurately reflect movement in different terrains. All land terrain is tougher to get through, so you cannot just zip around anywhere on the map, like in vanilla. The benefit to this is more realistic travel and ambushes. You can also cross rivers now but at significant cost and time. Mountains without roads are quite a bit tougher to cross as it should be. Ocean movement is about twice the movement as land.

Stances are now useful!!, and the AI benefits and uses the stances like a player. I have also implemented troop training while garrisoned or fortified, got to keep those blades sharp.

Army and Naval Stances;
There is no longer a need to modify unit maintenance costs on a per unit basis, as my stances automatically account for ALL troop maintenance in all stances.f

I have refined many things to be useful, fun and encourage better behavior from the AI, and so far it has worked.

This is an optional module and is balanced with other modules for best gaming experience.

This mod is not, or will ever be, Radious compatible because of the way that mod is designed. Once you have played 50 turns of XAI, you may never go back!

Significantly changes the way you play this game in such a meaningful way. Thanks for making this mod. Seriously wasn't expecting this from an AI mod pack lol. But it's a good surprise.

hi, i d like, if you agree to use a part of your mod, i d like to use the effect_bundles_to_effects_junctions_tables , to make an less movement mod for armies and keeping the great dynamic stances you made, thanks

I set up AUM and chaploo's units mode. However, only the original units grew when I set the mode to 1.5 x units. How Can I increase this number with Mods units?

I did some updating to this module, changed some costs a little, but changed melee bonuses to attack and defense, instead of weapons damage as it makes more sense.

What do you mean by troop training? Do you mean they will level up or that I can recruit more troops?

BM if you want to make a radious compatible mod, you have a lot of work to do. If I were doing it, I would delete any table in radious that is already in XAI (that is a full table, especially if it is using a vanilla name). That is the first step.
