This would only be possible if making your mod as a "Total Conversion" but Total conversion mods are largely considered a non-starter in the community because it generally breaks compatibility with most other mods.
With normal mods, changes to pre-existing classes that you make in the devkit will not be reflected in the live game. Core game files are excluded from cooking and would not replace the real ones in the live game even if you managed a way to force it to be cooked and packaged with your mod.
