Firecunt doesn't understand logic. If he did he wouldn't be deleting every comment relating to the Baumi situation

Baumi's videos are terrible and so is his commentary. I'm glad the imba guy banned him I got tired of seeing his terrible videos in my related videos feed when looking at dota mods. All he does is whine.

So you believe your opinion is superior to the steam subscriber agreement? Because that's the impression I'm getting. You can't ban people from your mod. It doesn't matter if that person is actually Hitler, if they have a steam account you are required to let them access your public material. If you don't want people you don't like using your material then don't post it.

2. If you give Baumi a free pass then you give everyone who griefs, afks and leaves in customs an exemption from being banned because the devs of workshop games won't be able to get rid of toxic players if it ever came to that.

Developers of normal games can ban people from their games and this should be no different. No one should have to endure toxic and overall rude people. If Baumi didn't act so horribly he wouldn't have gotten banned it's as simple as that. I hope more custom game devs ban him and they should have every right to.

Doing that is perfect for baiting people like you into mindlessly defending them. When from the very start if they were actually respectful nothing bad would have happened.

B. I would 100% ban Hitler even though he's dead and no scenario would arise where that is an issue. Are you seriously going to try and even make your refuting post about Hitler?

C. Your attempt to try and refute my post by forcing me to compare my opinions to Valve's ToS is sad. Valve's ToS needs work if it enables people to be cancer. It basically says anyone can get a free pass to be a prick to workshop developers. The people who make content for you for free.

tl;dr - Valve should allow developers to ban people from even downloading their content on the workshop if it's free. No one should have an exemption for terrible behavior anywhere. I actually wouldn't even care if we could ban people from custom lobbies if we're hosting but nope Valve doesn't care at all as long as they make money from custom game battle passes.

Then again the custom games workshop has been neglected since it practically launched so I don't even know why I have any expectations for it.

Also here's the loophole with this since this section is short. Everyone playing with Baumi has the same restriction as him when they queue together. They all enter the game and are then ejected back to the lobby. It's not everyone in that lobby plays and only Baumi is kicked but everyone is kicked if Baumi is present. Therefore everyone has the same restriction as Baumi but only if he is present.

But its valve's own agreement, if they wanted them to ban others from their gamemode then they would've said so.

Ok can someone inform me quickly on what exactly happened before I judge. I know that Baumi whines alot and it is very irritating to see that in his videos. He reminds of the guy who shouts that he is owning and who just rants when loosing.

So basically Baumi criticizes firetoad then firetoad couldn't handle being criticized so he banned Baumi from his game by writing in code that prevents baumi playing the game. And this action is against the steam subsciber agreement. That is the shorthand of what happened.
