You can use "ATP" or rather the simulated Chinese CTCS3 in cab signalling on the ICE3 (and most probably the ICE -T) on this route. You have to use a combination of LZB and AFB. UKTS 36088 also has a modified "Simulation" file to make the reskin capable of 350 kph like the CRH3. As far as I know the CRH3 does not tilt.
