It's in the description,
"(4K file re-encoded to 1080p, so it will work with most monitors in Wallpaper Engine)"

This is done because some monitors will not display 4K files like what I used to use when I started posting these, so I take a 4K file and re-encode it to 1080p while trying to keep the visual quality of the 4K file intact.
