For some reason skins in your client(rust) not loading skins than. Did you disable skins by commands maybe?

how come I can't see this when I craft it in game? I've restarted rust and refreshed my inventory, everyone else can see it when I'm holding it but I just see a white box in my inventory and a normal hammer when I'm holding it.
