Even tho this asset is quite old it still looks great and adds an extra layer of realism to my cities, love it!

@bluejayrage yea, they could be used for anything really, they aren't too run-down. I saw on reddit someone using my other public housing building as luxury condos! and it worked really well

Could also double as enlisted family housing on a military base. Good job on these. Simple but real.

Can you do a low-rise suburban hotels pack? They need to be 3 to 6 floors max. Here are somne examples...

-Days Inn
-Holiday Inn
-Radisson
-Hilton Garden Inn
-Super 8
-Motel 6
-La Quinta
-Marriot (Courtyard, Fairfield, Residence Inn, and Springhill Suites)

@billyshabindigo not really, but it works.The metaphor 'the other side of the trains' comes from an area literally being on the other side of railroad tracks. So i'm not sure you can use a metaphor to refer to something that the metaphor came from.
