Try uninstalling all your mods (saving them into like a collection or somehting) and then install this one and then the rest 1 by one to see if one of your mods was interfering with this one

Alright. It didnt work at first so I decided to take drastic measures. I uninstalled every single workshop addon including this one and installed the files that you gave me below. It worked like a charm. Ill have to rescind my previous comment. Thanks for the help!
