Report a translation problem
Just add whatever tiers you want free revoke on to the free_revoke_on_tiers block. You can find an example in the muslim_goverment block.
If it doesn't work, I need more information in what circumstances if fails.
I have seen this bug before, w/o the mod. I'm trying to remember what the specific cause was, but I remember having to check traits, check the "should-be-heir's" government type, and check to see if the "should-be-heir" is also heir to a bishopric or a mercenary company, or has any claims to any odd titles.
