Removed Speed For Player Controled People.
Lowered Silver So There Is Incentive To Create Resources Instead Of Buying Everything.
Thinking Of Removing Hi-Tech Research Station But It May Be Needed To Quickly Get Machine Guns, That And Kill Rooms ARE Neccesary!!
