submeg Nov 5, 2022 @ 3:26am

Jakkariah Oct 27, 2022 @ 3:26pm
Do you plan on doing a 1.4 version?
Yamamoto Oct 21, 2022 @ 10:01am
1.4 please
eagle0600  [author] Jun 4, 2022 @ 4:20pm
Yes, that would be possible. However, I am unlikely to do so. I will keep it in mind in case I ever feel like adding compatibility patches to this mod, however.
Black Jesus May 25, 2022 @ 7:19pm
Would it be possible to patch this beautiful mod so it works with the seafood from [RF] Fishing-ReWork? Currently you can't use seafood in stack recipes.

A very helpful, sensible mod! Thank you!
eagle0600  [author] Aug 18, 2021 @ 5:02pm
Added vegetarian and meat recipes for 1.3 players.
eagle0600  [author] Aug 10, 2021 @ 5:41pm
Confirmed compatibility with version 1.3 without errors.
Liwolfbyte Aug 7, 2021 @ 2:05am
Works just fine in 1.3 as far as I can tell. Just have it near the bottom of your load list (I put all my non-1.x mods near the bottom as a matter of routine) and it should be just fine.
eagle0600  [author] Jul 28, 2021 @ 1:24am
I am currently on a holiday. I may take a look at this when I get back.
Mustern Jul 22, 2021 @ 1:21am
Please update to 1.3 :spiffo:
eagle0600  [author] Aug 19, 2020 @ 4:31pm
I just checked, the mod works fine in version 1.2. I updated the supported version information to match.
heymegalodon Aug 12, 2020 @ 9:07am
Please update to 1.2
eagle0600  [author] Mar 2, 2020 @ 3:09pm
Ignore my previous attempt at backwards compatibility, it probably didn't work anyway. Instead, I have uploaded an old version (along with the new version) to Nexus, where maintaining multiple older versions of a mod is far easier.
eagle0600  [author] Feb 29, 2020 @ 8:39pm
Here's what I've done: I've created a second about.xml and included it with the download. Anyone who wants to use this mod with older DRM free versions can simply rename the applicable files. It's a compromise between easy for me and easy for the users.
eagle0600  [author] Feb 29, 2020 @ 8:36pm
Your concern about the latest DRM-free release is valid, and I will think about how I want to handle that.
Thundercraft Feb 29, 2020 @ 8:34pm
I'm just saying: If you are serious about providing legacy support for RimWorld 1.0 and beta 19 players, you really should either (a) release your old mod as a separate workshop item or (b) provide a download link to the old version.
Thundercraft Feb 29, 2020 @ 8:31pm
Actually, I'm pretty certain this mod will no longer work with beta 19. Your update added the <packageId> tags to About.xml. Yes, I know that RimWorld 1.1 requires those tags, or it generates yellow caution errors. However, any version of RimWorld older than 1.0.2551 (compiled February 21, 2020) will not recognize those tags, so it will throw critical red errors and refuse to run at all.

Yes, nearly all mods that have been updated to work with 1.1 have <packageId> tags. And this won't cause an issue for Steam players staying with 1.0 as that was updated to build 2551. However, my DRM-free RimWorld 1.0 was build 2408, from Oct of 2019, so it generates critical red errors on mods like this, because of the <packageId> tags. I'd go and download a DRM-Free RimWorld 1.0 build 2551... if I could. But my download links now only point to RimWorld 1.1.

Updated version number, and once again no changes were required.
eagle0600  [author] Oct 21, 2018 @ 9:38pm
Updated version number. No actual changes needed to be made.
eagle0600  [author] Oct 17, 2018 @ 2:50pm
I will be, but I'm not certain when.
ベルセルク Oct 17, 2018 @ 1:11pm
can u update this vod for 1.0 version, please?
Alundra (Alunny) Sep 28, 2018 @ 6:32pm
It would be if I could make it make 10 instead ha ha. I guess I'll have to figure out how to edit the mod or something.
eagle0600  [author] Sep 28, 2018 @ 1:26pm
That can be a problem, yes. I'm not going to make it faster, because the intent is that it takes as long as making ten meals. You should only use it if that's okay. However, I believe there's a mod out there called Bulk Cooking that does meals four at a time, which may be more to your liking.
Alundra (Alunny) Sep 28, 2018 @ 3:44am
Is there a way to make this faster? When I cook one meal at a time it takes me forever but when I cook say 10 meals at a time it would only take me as long as 4 meals. The problem here is that my pawns can't finish before becoming miserable and once you stop you lose all progress.

Updated for B19
Maxxmillian Aug 28, 2018 @ 11:46pm
Thanks!
eagle0600  [author] Aug 28, 2018 @ 11:44pm
I will probably be updating this soonish.
Maxxmillian Aug 28, 2018 @ 11:00pm
B19 was pushed out to everyone today as the current version, love your mod, will you be updating the steam version to match it?
eagle0600  [author] Jul 31, 2018 @ 5:51pm
Added link to version for RimWorld 1.0
eagle0600  [author] Mar 5, 2018 @ 11:36am
No, it doesn't. Sorry about that.
Lotharas Mar 5, 2018 @ 6:19am
Does this mod work with meal recipes delivered by other mods ? F.e vegetable garden ?
eagle0600  [author] Nov 22, 2017 @ 3:11pm
Updated for version 0.18.1722
Daywalker1986 Nov 10, 2017 @ 1:10am
Nice Mod, exactly what i needed. Thank you.
Xodox Jul 27, 2017 @ 11:12am
much needed for a 10+ colony. large colonies are devoured by self maintenance currently.
eagle0600  [author] Jul 21, 2017 @ 4:28pm
You can copy the contents of ModsConfig.xml in %appdata%\..\LocalLow\Ludeon Studios\RimWorld by Ludeon Studios\Config
eagle0600  [author] Jul 21, 2017 @ 4:26pm
The job grants cooking skill in a lump sum upon completion. Can you test this, and if it doesn't work, tell me your load order?
Armand Lesarthois Jul 21, 2017 @ 7:50am
It's awesome. I had trouble in one large colony of mine, even with several cooking places, couldn't cook enough simple meals for everyone.
One thing I noticed tho is that cooking stacks of meal doesn't give the cook any experience.
Is that normal?
eagle0600  [author] Jun 17, 2017 @ 4:16pm
Hmm, I don't know what's wrong then.
rashaverak Jun 17, 2017 @ 10:01am
I am sure I didnt, but with the number of mods I have I can imagine many things could mess up together. Anyway I tried briefly the console but I didnt see there anything related. Not sure though, if it was just an exception console or all debug messages.
eagle0600  [author] Jun 16, 2017 @ 3:32pm
It doesn't work like that. The bill either runs and makes ten or doesn't work at all. It could be you also had the regular bill lower down in the priority list?
rashaverak Jun 15, 2017 @ 12:21pm
seems that it could be I didnt have enough resources and in that case they were automatically cooking one by one. Not sure though. Anyway today I saw they created 10 at once.
eagle0600  [author] Jun 14, 2017 @ 6:47pm
Can you please go to options and turn on developer mode, open the log (from the top of the screen) and thell me if anything shows up?

I find it extremely strange that you say the bill produces a single meal of the type selected. If it failed, I would expect it to simply not work.
rashaverak Jun 14, 2017 @ 10:07am
i have about 50-100 mods, not really sure, but many, yours is the last one and i think it is vanilla stove, but i am not entirely sure.
eagle0600  [author] Jun 14, 2017 @ 6:46am
Yes, it works for me. The only other complaint I have recieved has been solved, so I don't know what's going wrong. You are using the bill "cook stack of X" at a vanilla stove? What other mods do you have installed, and in what order?
rashaverak Jun 14, 2017 @ 1:49am
does it really work for you ? I added the stack bill, removed others, set cook until 100 and they still prepare the meal one by one
