I think a bug may have crept in. I subbed to this mod today and I have two units, NS SGM and NS SGM (3). No mention of the 'm' designation. The first has a capacity of 2 and the second a capacity of 3. Other than the weight and capacity, all other stats are identical. They sure do look pretty though!

interiors are vital

For me they only carry 1 person :(

Added middle waggons. The SGMm is correct, the SGM middle waggon is a copy of the SGMm, and in reality had only two sets of doors.

The SGM was introduced in 1975, not 1996.

They're not diesels, @LONDONMIDLANDZZ. Top speed is 75Mph.

how fast can theese go? I need a really fast diesel for long distances

@dannyS yes I would prefer proper models too. But a proper TPF model requires many many hours of work and modelling experience. These conversions I can do in 1-2 hours (still a fair bit of time), and let us play with these "missing" models right now :-)

Keept it up with more work! This is a great week for the Dutch TPV fans.

I love the effort you put into this work!

Nevertheless I choose to wait for "the real models" (with door animation, aging, and interiors (who would want to color these models?! They're perfectly Dutch yellow and white, yellow and blue)

Thanks again for all of your work!

That is more complicated. then they eat into eachother. You would at least have to refigure the boundingbox and the placement of the bogies. For now I have decided I like the scaled up version better.

What about making the entire model larger, instead of just taller?
Finne  [author] Jun 5, 2017 @ 3:52am
This model is too small: the pantograph does not touch the catenary. I tried scaling the height, but that deformed the characteristical nose cone shape. This worked well on the VRIM, but here not so much. Someone with more knowledge of modelling might fix this.
