I'm excited about this mod :D i'm form spain and consume a lot of american content creators and sometimes it's hard to wrap my head around certain things. D&D helped me with feet and mile mesurements and i hope with this mod i can get a better grasp of temperature without always needing a calculator at hand

@ShoWel Kelvin isn't useful for ambient temperature, and even if it was it's dead simple to convert from Celsius to Kelvin (literally just add 273 to the Celcius temperature)

Could you also add optional display for Kelvin?

because 0-100 in C is the state of water while 0-100 is the comfortability of humans

0 very cold outside 100 very warm outside

I'm to European to understand that, why are you still holding to this unit(F) or to imperial units, why are you making it harder for yourself?

why did you change the packige id on this mod from kosaro.fahrenheitandcelsius -> kosaro.fahrenheitandcelsius_copy if i am correct it made rimpy freak out and had to redoiwnload the mod with new apparent package id

@patashnik The opposite is true for me, I'm American and I want to know a bit more about Celsius. I have a vague idea of certain temperatures being what (20-24C being a comfortable room, 0C being freezing, etc.) but I'd like to further acquaint myself with the system.

That and also Vanilla Plants Expanded plant descriptions aren't in Fahrenheit.

Re-training your brain to use different units of measurement, especially when the name is the same but the size of the unit is different, is difficult as an adult. Thanks for making this. I have memorized some things (body temperature, for example) but sliding the scale between the known points just fails for my old American brain.

@ShamblerDK, @the Actually, I want to use this mod for the same reason likely a lot of people do, to get better with the conversion to Celsius. I grew up with only Fahrenheit, and now most of my friends are in other parts of the world, and I myself want to travel more and keep up with more things in other countries, all of which means not only learning the Celsius scale, but how to convert between the two scales on the fly. So since I spend a lot of time on Rimworld, seems like a good place to learn it, so it becomes more natural to me to associate certain temperatures with specific points on both scales.
In other words, this is actually helping people to *not* be stuck on Fahrenheit forever.

tbh this mod is downright educational for those of us who have only used one or the other and have trouble equating from one scale to the other.
