@Fossil you need an actual mod that these types of custom buildings rely on to be functional entities, as far as i understand you need the "RICO" mod which basically allows you manage and customise the respecting assets, so with Rico it makes these houses actual houses, and you could technically turn this house into a office building if you so desire with it.

Hi, so these act as actual residential buildings with people living in them? When I place these I do not see the X family household with the stats that come with that, or are thee just decorative items? I have been trying to get to grips with different buildings and don’t understand why these are in unique builds and cannot be added into a collection.

It would be great if you made a growable version for your thatched set, I would like a neighbourhood full of these houses :)

@mcarn101 - The main reason being is that the later level houses are bigger than the 4x4 plot and i want to be consistent with this set.
