I'm going to beg for a bulk convert command. Either "convert [5/10/25/etc.]" or "Convert all of this type."
It gets a bit tedious to spend an hour trying to convert my stone stores. :P

(also, it looks like dirt and ash won't convert - dirt could still be 1:1, but if you have bulk conversion, you could make ash 2:1 or 5:1 or something to balance it.)
