theres some intructions that help you but it is hard to find.

well there is a video or the instrections on how to port them but it's not going to be easy.

Well, I converted the .smd files containing textures, bones, models and animations to.fbx.
I left them in that format untouched for years. I can link you up once I get home.

What are formats of those models? I know Munch Oddysee models have .nif formats and I also know how to port them to source engine, but I don't know format of Stranger's Wrath, I could help.
