this may be a pipe dream considering this mod hasn't been updated since 2012, but is there any chance you could update the dwarven ballista to use the Dawnguard texture?

Dovahkiin is like albert eynstine now
drag00n365 Jan 4, 2014 @ 12:34pm
youve made some amazing mods, i wish more mod makers that add skill trees would just do what you are doing. you should take what the way of the monk mod does and make it in this style. i was also wondering if you plan on doing for alchemy what you did for the other crafting trees?
D20 NERD 5e Dec 5, 2013 @ 12:43pm
how about u let us make a Dwarven dragon
cbhicks1 Nov 9, 2013 @ 5:30pm

TheItemsMerchant Nov 9, 2013 @ 5:13pm
i secound the dragonborn machine update edition proposition. (i-e,i want the dragonborn vers as well.)
Executioner Feb 9, 2013 @ 8:38pm
suggestion: Dragonborn version that allows you to make the new automatons

Hello there, if you are reading this comment, then I have subscribed to the mod currently on this page. I am leaving this comment because one of the mods I am subscribed to seems to be causing an error with the Deepwood Redoubt area. Every time I approach it, the game freezes with a windows error message every time. Because of this, I cannot finish multiple quests. Bethesda and Steam tech supports were of no assistance, so I am trying to figure this out myself. If anyone is having the same issue as me, even if it is on a different mod, please leave a reply or send me a message.

Using this and Syynxs' Perky mod together looks like it's compatible, but I was unable to select any smithing perks after I installed this mod EXCEPT for the new machinery perks. :(
Haerzog Nov 14, 2012 @ 6:30am
only one perk tree shows up at a time, so multiple mods that affect the perk trees need compatability patches to be able to show their perks at the same time. Thats why you cant run the dwarven machinery mod with the Ace smithing mod, two wildly different smithing trees.
ArroktheBlind Oct 19, 2012 @ 9:46pm
For some reason the perk tree isn't showing up. I do have other mods that affect the smithing tree and one that adds a new perk. Is there a specific order I shoul load these?
Executioner Oct 8, 2012 @ 7:36pm
suggestion: Night Vision Goggles-same effect as the Night Vision Helmet but in goggle form and they take up a new slot so people can utilize other headgear
tokumeiko Oct 2, 2012 @ 2:46am
don't know how i came across that though so i'm probably not that reliable
tokumeiko Oct 2, 2012 @ 1:43am
i've done some looking into things, and apparently speltomes actually couts as potions that end up in the books tab :) hope that helps you out
Executioner Sep 27, 2012 @ 11:27am
suggstions:

make the ballista more like a turret, so you can actually aim it once it is placed

the ability to enchant the weapons wielded by the Dwarven automatons

the ability to upgrade the master centurion into the forgemaster from Dawnguard
Patrick Bot Sep 26, 2012 @ 3:15am
i have the spider perk but do i need to get a dwarven book first??
Executioner Sep 24, 2012 @ 7:28pm
suggestion: if you want to make the player gain the perk via reading the books, try classifying/programming them as spell tomes
Jeremie  [author] Aug 30, 2012 @ 7:34am
No, sorry, I've been caught up in work recently. I've thought of a way to do it, but haven't had the time to actually implement it.
Buggah Aug 29, 2012 @ 12:30am
Any progress on making the Dwarven Animunculi not dispell unique summons (i.e. Twin Souls perk)? I'd like to keep Lucien or Durnehviir around along with my Dwarven Sphere Master instead of having them be unsummoned when I deploy the sphere if possible.
OKMB Aug 28, 2012 @ 6:11pm
Like the hammer is hiting the Anvil
Jeremie  [author] Aug 28, 2012 @ 6:02pm
@Dovahkiin: ... I can't believe I didn't think of that. I'll give it a try lol
OKMB Aug 28, 2012 @ 12:52pm
Can you put that star Formation into a Hammer?
ewwitsalina Aug 26, 2012 @ 6:32pm
@wulfmeister thanks ill check bro
Only Mostly Here Aug 26, 2012 @ 4:30pm
Just got a flamethrower. It's insanely fun. BURN MUDCRABS, BURN!
May I suggest increasing the weight of the Centurions to about 100 units, even 150? They're more than strong enough to take on nearly any enemy you face, but don't really restrict what you can carry along with them, so you can be lugging around a full suit of heavy armour and a few weapons. And also, you're carrying around a giant mecha. Must weigh a lot, yes? But really, it never gets old watching my pet robots brutalising things.
paulwhitlock2 Aug 25, 2012 @ 11:27am
Another brilliant mod from you, like what OMH said, i've been having alot of fun using a character that use machines, instead of magic or weapons too protect him.
Jeremie  [author] Aug 25, 2012 @ 10:49am
@Only Mostly Here: Thanks, didn't even realize that would show up under the magic effects, I'll fix it on the next update.

@Pabada: The recipies show up when you go to craft stuff at a forge if you have the perk.
Pabada Aug 25, 2012 @ 7:18am
can we have teh recipies for the dwarven creatures/ballistas? i havent played the game yet so im kinda new to this.
Only Mostly Here Aug 24, 2012 @ 8:34pm
Another little textual niggle: In the magic effects menu the 'machine summoned' notification always says spider regardless of the one you actually have active. Been having massive fun with this - a character who completely relies on his animunculi to protect him.
SapphoPie Aug 24, 2012 @ 4:52pm
When you start there is a data files thing thats where they go
ewwitsalina Aug 24, 2012 @ 2:00pm

ewwitsalina Aug 24, 2012 @ 1:59pm

btw this is my first time also
[RTB] Excalibastrd Aug 22, 2012 @ 11:55pm

Thotitarian Aug 22, 2012 @ 7:51pm

Helldrone Aug 22, 2012 @ 1:43pm
I have this odd bug, I got a common soul gem to create the thing but it don't register that it's there D:
LagMasterShaun Aug 22, 2012 @ 11:20am
not your fault cant make things perfect first time
Jeremie  [author] Aug 22, 2012 @ 11:02am
Awesome, sorry about the inconvenience
LagMasterShaun Aug 22, 2012 @ 10:20am
ok it seems to be working fo rm e now
Buggah Aug 22, 2012 @ 9:55am
Oh by the way, I like how the machines just get sent back to your inventory upon defeat instead of being destroyed and lootable like the other mods. Conserves resources. Nicely done.
Buggah Aug 22, 2012 @ 9:38am
Hmm, always did think there was something wrong with some of the followers I had. Anyway, thanks for the response, looking forward to new work from you.
Jeremie  [author] Aug 22, 2012 @ 9:36am
Of course, you can always just add perks via console commands.
Jeremie  [author] Aug 22, 2012 @ 9:34am
All the summons follow you around, if they aren't then it is likely due to a conflict with another mod. That they dispell unique summons is something I might look into later if I get a chance. And if you have cleared all the dwemer dungeons AND maxed our your level then maybe it is time to roll a new character.
Buggah Aug 22, 2012 @ 8:43am
@Jeremie: If you read my comment you'd notice that I mentioned "also cleared up the Dwemer dungeons". I'm aware that your mod gives "free" smithing perks via Centurion drops. But for players who've already cleared the Dwemer ruins with Centurions inside them I assume they'll have to wait until the Centurions respawn again and trudge down all the way into Blackreach etc to get the books off their smoldering corpses yes? I suppose it's made "easy" for those who haven't explored the Dwemer ruins or completed Lost to the Ages, but it seems more tedious for those who already have.
But that's not really an important concern for me compared to the automatons dispelling unique summons like Lucien Lachance or that they don't follow you around, which you've yet to address.
Jeremie  [author] Aug 22, 2012 @ 6:40am
Because unless I had an upload problem last night, that should be fixed.
LagMasterShaun Aug 22, 2012 @ 6:39am
i will recheck
Jeremie  [author] Aug 22, 2012 @ 6:39am
@WannaBeShaunUK: Are you sure you gave it time to update to the newest version in your launcher?
Jeremie  [author] Aug 22, 2012 @ 6:38am
@Though All Men Do Despise Us: If you read the description you will see that Dwarven Centurions drop a book which you can use to learn a free smithing perk, so this mod not only makes it easy to get its own perks, but all smithing perks.
LagMasterShaun Aug 22, 2012 @ 6:17am
The centurion Master still becomes a spider worker in my pocket when i try and pick him back up just so you know
[XMT] TheSheikh Aug 22, 2012 @ 5:53am
GREAT MOD !!!!!!!!
Wulfenguard94 Aug 22, 2012 @ 1:10am
never mind i found it.
Wulfenguard94 Aug 22, 2012 @ 1:09am
where do i craft these? i look in all the slots at a forge and cannot find the spider anywhere
