Try this
1.Right click on l4d2 (in steam) and click on property
General---> launch option
2. Remove "-novid code"

My game has this autoupdate that -i think- disable the intro but i don't know how re-enable https://i.ytimg.com/vi/fIowMl5wYFg/maxresdefault.jpg this an image of this tool

It has a Out last 2. Not Out last 7.

N.shi replace mine . If you want your own intro try this http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm it is a converter bik file then replace a converted file. If the converter error it mean it is not a real bik file. It isn't work check your setting or find instruction in google.

Replace my intro or if you want your own intro work check that is real .bik file or that is not missing.

Hi! i have a issue, well i downloaded a version from csstrogino which has a type of launcher that skip the intro. how can i disable that? to re enable the intro
