Install it
if you can't change it .Do this :
1.install GCFScape
2.open it(My mod) with GCFScape
3.Drag and drop folder media in Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2
4.Check it and enjoy!!!!!

Try this
1.Right click on l4d2 (in steam) and click on property
General---> launch option
2. Remove "-novid code"

My game has this autoupdate that -i think- disable the intro but i don't know how re-enable https://i.ytimg.com/vi/fIowMl5wYFg/maxresdefault.jpg this an image of this tool

It has a Out last 2. Not Out last 7.
