But the fact is, the game diplomacy is so carelessly coded that it doesnt account for real "warmongering" lol.
Had an instance where, on my border Kongo was messing with my ally Scythia nonstop declaring wars and denouncing, being pushed back, attacking city states, etc. Basically being gandhi lol.
Did other AI's denounce Kongo for warmongering? No of course not.
So after Kongo conquered 3 city states and had 3 past war declarations against Scythia, my declared ally all that time, i and Scythia initiate joint war.
BAM the whole world hates us. Just ridiculous.
Thats why this mod is essential, because while you CAN abuse it if you're that kinda player, the game simply doesnt comprehend what a "just war" really is, as much as a human being understands that. Seems still the only game that truly understands how to implement casus belli and warmongering systems is Europa Universalis.
