Joyeuse should be allowed to be wielded by the Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire regardless if he's French, Frankish or not.

Would you possibly provide a direct download link (I.E. post the file somewhere outside steam workshop, like Nexus Mods) as the workshop doesn't appear to be providing the files despite subscribing for mod, as is all to common in the ck2 workshop.
darkstardereroberer 10. feb. 2022 kl. 8:24
compatible with elder kings?
Lord Likhus  [ophavsmand] 27. maj 2021 kl. 6:30
Yes it works, and expect some cool mods for CKIII after Royal Court update :)
Harbinger 21. maj 2021 kl. 23:24

Bigmachingon 27. mar. 2020 kl. 17:29

Haha thanks man.

The mod is indeed working. And i am loving it. Thank you for making such a sweet mod! :machiko: :machiko: :machiko: :yuzuki: :yuzuki: :yuzuki:
michjean9298 31. jan. 2020 kl. 9:12
Okay, ty i'll pop it in and try with my new play through i'm starting. Looks to be a pretty sweet mod. :machiko: :machiko: :machiko: :yuzuki: :yuzuki: :yuzuki:
Lord Likhus  [ophavsmand] 31. jan. 2020 kl. 8:25
All items should be here. As this mod changes no vanilla files, only add completely new ones, it should not be made incompatible by Paradox updates.
Lord Likhus  [ophavsmand] 31. jan. 2020 kl. 8:24
Yes it should work just like it used too. Do tell if you run into any problems. One quick way to see if it works is to search for the items in the UI where you search for people and traits.

Does this mod still work? :machiko: :machiko: :machiko: :yuzuki: :yuzuki: :yuzuki:

Is his mod abandoned?
DroZzhat 24. feb. 2019 kl. 15:16
Thank ya kindly for letting me use the stuff! I won't be copying and pasting anything over, just mostly using names/localization/stats as a sort of guideline/template. You will be credited, though.
DroZzhat 24. feb. 2019 kl. 15:11
I can't use the name here because of steam/valve stupidity. They're ban happy. LL is essentially a gaming/modding community that is typically on the slightly perverted side of the spectrum. Though, some people are there just because they don't want to deal with steam or the nexus. If you really want to know, it should be easy enough to find with google.
Lord Likhus  [ophavsmand] 24. feb. 2019 kl. 12:03
Yes, go ahead I don't mind. What is LL and DW?
Haven't got any more plans for this, no. Since this is included in More Artifacts Mod I work on that one instead. I've made a lot of cool artifacts for that mod, recommend that one since it has lots of good custom artifact icons. But if you're going to include that mod you will have to ask that mods main author, but this mod you can include if you wish.
DroZzhat 23. feb. 2019 kl. 16:12
Do you still have plans for this? Would you mind if I absorbed the artifacts into my own mod and gave you credit (and linked to this)? My mod is only available on LL because it's based on DW, though the mod itself does not contain explicit content. I already have around 30 new artifacts in mine, some based on the same artifacts as ones in here, but I think the others would make great additions. I see that these may already be included in another mod as well, but I don't think my mod will compete with that one.. Mine will never be on steam. Mine isn't just an artifact mod, either; many of the artifacts are used to summon a hero that is associated with it.

@No Name
NVM just use WOWGAG's mod he saved me all the trouble :)
Lord Likhus  [ophavsmand] 26. nov. 2018 kl. 12:12
Will also give the Hellenes and Slavs some love.
Lord Likhus  [ophavsmand] 26. nov. 2018 kl. 12:09
Thanks! I will add several of this. I think it fits with the theme of the game that they believe some objects to have special origin, but I will make a new version soon without the really unrealistic items. Still artifacts from Caesar and such is cool and will be added (just need to work on the artwork). BTW Helm of awe is already in the mod

Christian artifacts: Curtana the sword first used by Sir Tristan of the knights of the round table, then used by Ogier the Dane one of the knights of Charlemagne, ending up in the hands of King Edward the Confessor. Clarent the ceremonial sword used by Arthur to knight people. It was also the sword that Modred used to slay Arthur. Also his shield Pridwen. Durandel the sword of Roland gifted to him by Charlemagne who slew the previous owner a christian noble. Supposedly wielded by several muslim kings in spain as well as christian knights. Some rumors say it was Hector of Troy's sword so Hellenics might be interested in it.

Hindu artifacts: There are actually tons of legendary artifacts in hinduism they are called astras. Look here:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astra_(weapon)#Astras_in_Hindu_Epics

African pagan artifacts: Mmaagha Kamalu the glowing red sword of evil

Slavic: Kladenets a magic sword that supposedly swung itself while being wielded. The Finnish pagans also believed in it and called it Samosyok.

Finnish: Kalevanmiekka the sword of Kaleva

Norse: Helm of awe

I have some artifact ideas.

Hellenic artifacts. Like Alexander's spear, tunic of Augustus Caesar, Mask of Agamemnon, Dionysus cup, Poseidon's Trident, Shield of Achilles(Even has its own wiki page), Aegis the shield of Zeus, Harpe the sword wielded byPerseus to cut off the head of Medusa, Ancile the shield of the God of War supposedly used by the 2nd king of Rome, Crocea Mors the sword of Julius Caesar that got stuck in the Britain king Nennius shield when he was attacked by Julius Caesar in single combat said to be buried with him but if someone were to find the tomb..., Helm of Hades, Nemean Lion headress(The one Hercules wore.), Belt of Hippolyta Queen of the Amazons, Ariadne's Diadem, the golden fleece, and the elephant crown of Epirus.

Zoroastrian artifacts: Helmet of Rostam which was the head of a white demon he slayed, Babr-e Bayan an armor made of dragonskin.
Lord Likhus  [ophavsmand] 20. nov. 2018 kl. 23:03
Yes
cwalters567 20. nov. 2018 kl. 16:59
Any chance you could add some artifacts for other pagans? Hellenic, Zun, Bon especially
Dr. Quackers M.D. 19. nov. 2018 kl. 17:39
Ur awesome quick reply thanks upvoted!
veoba 19. nov. 2018 kl. 7:18
I think this artifacts too powerful.
Lord Likhus  [ophavsmand] 19. nov. 2018 kl. 1:34
Updated for Holy Fury
Dr. Quackers M.D. 16. nov. 2018 kl. 19:35
This mod needs an update for Holy Fury it causes a bug that makes a blank bloodline screen pop up when at war.
Jodie_Miller (朱迪) 8. sep. 2018 kl. 1:09
Does this still work?
Xahkarias 5. maj 2018 kl. 19:05
@Lord Likhus
How do you make the artifact images so close to CK2's art style?
Rave_Darkmane |R♣H| 5. mar. 2018 kl. 12:49
It would be cool if you added the Axe of Skarphéðinn, Rimmugígur and Gunnar's spear, Atgeirinn.
G.Strategos 17. dec. 2017 kl. 9:09
@Lord Likhus
Any update needed mate ?
Cheers
CountDL 3. sep. 2017 kl. 17:39
Does the mod work with existing saves?
Lord Likhus  [ophavsmand] 26. aug. 2017 kl. 18:49
Updated the mod
Lord Likhus  [ophavsmand] 26. aug. 2017 kl. 18:05
@BabyKiller

Yes, check, the required DLC's list
Babykiller 10. aug. 2017 kl. 7:33
Does this require monks and Mystics expansion?
Brillenfisch 7. aug. 2017 kl. 8:41
dumb question but if Gungnir got lost in the viking invasion of england and you can't find it with the character finder than it is lost. Can you still get it back through the searching an artifact thingy as norse or northern german culture?
MangoCobra 30. juli 2017 kl. 23:17
Just so you know, @Lord Likhus, Nibelunging can't be used on a Frankish character with CK2+, as they are classified as Weser-Rhine germanic. WOuld you be willing to fix this? :)
MangoCobra 17. juli 2017 kl. 20:31
@sccrot - Beowulf was composed for the Anglo-Saxons, however.
sccrot 17. juli 2017 kl. 20:30
But Beowulf wasnt Anglo-saxon, he was geatish :(
Primaris Matt Ward 2. juli 2017 kl. 13:38
Perhaps you could add Steadfast, the seax of Offa for the Anglo-Saxons, maybe even have it spawn with the Icelings since they are Offa's descendants
G.Strategos 27. apr. 2017 kl. 9:46
Any updates ???
Cheers
donschmiddy 6. apr. 2017 kl. 6:15
i just made a version compatiblefor myself. you can make it yourself aswell:

go to:.../mod/common/mythicartifacts.zip/common/artifacts/germanic_artifacts.zip

The incompatibility arises due to the incompatible cultures: remove them and anyone can use these artifacts. but it should be ck2+ compatible.

if you let active = { is_adult = yes} and erase the active artifact conditions you should be golden. (nice byproduct: everyone can use these damend artifacts.... i mean come on: everybody can hold a sword at the right end....
MangoCobra 28. mar. 2017 kl. 22:17
@Lord Likhus
Can you make a CK2+ Compatable version, please? I don't think my Alemannic (german) character can use Gram, because in CK2+ split "German" into multiple ethnicities.
Lord Likhus  [ophavsmand] 25. mar. 2017 kl. 21:10
@malik
Ironman and achievements is seperate.
You can enable Ironman but achievements need a mod free game.
Sachin 25. mar. 2017 kl. 11:31
@Lord Likhus nevermind, i found it in a folder in my steam directory
malikhacielo63 25. mar. 2017 kl. 8:47
I'm confused on that last part. So are you saying that we can play on Ironman but we just won't be able to get steam achievements?
Hardi, camarades! 25. mar. 2017 kl. 7:05
Nice work!
Lord Likhus  [ophavsmand] 24. mar. 2017 kl. 23:19
No it's not
