My mod is a very simple reskin of vanilla textures that BI created, in a visual style that is heavily inspired by the SWAT games from the 00's. BI also created this entrie platform (their modding tools and workshop integration) which enables me to copy their work, modify and share with others in the first place. And that is a beautiful thing. I don't feel I own this. It belongs to the community.
(Yes, I would of course feel different if my creation was more original and harder to make, or used in a offensive context...)
