JackAttack Mar 22, 2023 @ 7:42pm
Can you make a style for this so I can use it in the game?
tyleris Dec 30, 2022 @ 8:43pm

Belhade Nov 5, 2019 @ 5:06pm
How have I not found this collection before? Even though I already had a handful of the buildings subbed...this is pure Americana!
TheCurmudgeon Oct 30, 2019 @ 5:45am
Thanks for this awesome collection
Addage Jul 18, 2019 @ 5:26am
Thanks man, your work really has added a new layer to my cities. I grew up in upstate NY so the older styles bring nice memories
Khrysler  [author] Jul 16, 2019 @ 6:16pm
@Addage
Didn't think my collection will be big like this honestly...will try to find time for that. Thanks though :)
Addage Jul 16, 2019 @ 7:58am
Subbed the collection (wow), amazing work

Bumping the request below for a theme, will be a pita to have to create a custom for all these assets
jonesmj Jul 15, 2019 @ 6:53am
Amazing, love it.
Khrysler  [author] Jul 12, 2019 @ 9:22pm
@Sabba7h
Thanks!
Sabba7h Jul 2, 2019 @ 11:07am
This is the first time ever that I've subbed to an entire collection :)
Aubrielle May 24, 2019 @ 8:09pm
Finally, a modder that gets my Edwardian/Gilded Age needs! :healthvial: I would LOVE to make an early 1920s college campus, but the one thing I'm missing is a Ford Model T. Do you think you'd ever design a car for Cities Skylines? :) Either way, thank you for all your awesome props and your eye for historical detail. And most of all, for your LGBT+ support! :healthvial:
MarkoBeef Jan 8, 2019 @ 6:28pm
Lovingly Crafted Models. Thanks you.
cakethulu Dec 17, 2018 @ 12:30am
I love these buildings! Is there a theme to go with it? A premade theme would save a ton of time compared to hunting down each building in the asset menu.
Teeoretiker Nov 24, 2018 @ 10:53am
I love your buildings and whole collection! But no office want to spawn in my city and high res/comm don't lvl up higher than 1. :(
I'm testting around with but maybe someone has a solution?
Lambda_Material Ecology Aug 19, 2018 @ 2:47am
Hello ! Wonderfull collection ! Is there a global keyword to find them all ? Thank you
delray166 Jul 3, 2018 @ 7:30pm
Awesome work!

@Mike @Ivanish
Thanks and enjoy! :)
Ivanish May 17, 2018 @ 12:19am
Very nice collection, thanks for all the hard work making the game better!
MikeFoxy Apr 10, 2018 @ 12:51am
Subscribed to the whole collection! I live just outside of Baltimore, so it's pretty awesome seeing stuff inspired by the place in this game, gives everything a nice homely feel.
Khrysler  [author] Mar 11, 2018 @ 11:58am
@frankokay
Thanks. Glad that I built those :) Enjoy
GabbaGhoul Mar 11, 2018 @ 8:20am
I am madly in love with your Baltimore/Philly style row houses. Thank you so much for these.
Khrysler  [author] Dec 17, 2017 @ 3:08pm
@libertad-pb
haha I agree. The most of vanilla buildings are not attractive at all, especially higher levels. I don't know much about modding but I believe it's more complicated than making something you want in Blender at least...which is basically what I'm doing.
libertad-pb Dec 17, 2017 @ 2:40pm
« Otherwise, the vanilla buildings will fill the gap of Lv2 ». Yeah, that's the problem : they are ugly. I don't know anything about modding. But is it complicated for some one like me who don't know anything about modding to import your building and made a level 2 with them ?
Khrysler  [author] Dec 16, 2017 @ 5:38pm
@libertad-pb
Thanks :) I just haven't made any Lv2 buildings. All of my growable assets should spawn in your city without any problems except 1x2, 3 or 4 buildings have to be zoned manually (zone 1x4, skip 1 tile and zone 1x4, and skip 1 tile...then "wait the buildings to grow there" and then fill the gap) if you want make a row of them. Otherwise, the vanilla buildings will fill the gap of Lv2.
libertad-pb Dec 15, 2017 @ 3:30pm
Great collection !! I love it ! But it seems that there is a gap that is not filled in your commercial buildings. There is some Commercial buildings 1*3 Lvl 1, some Commercial buildings 1*3 Lvl 3, but where are the levels 2 ??

@✪InfernoPhoenix✪
Thanks :)

@teo.tomas
Most of them are growable
Teo.Tomas Nov 25, 2017 @ 10:43am
are these growable?
Centurion85 Aug 25, 2017 @ 12:55pm
@Krystler

Do you do commissioned works? PM me.
✪InfernoPhoenix✪ Aug 25, 2017 @ 11:45am
I love this collection. Perfect for my city
Khrysler  [author] Jul 22, 2017 @ 5:25pm
@astronaut24 @Stubbo3
Thanks for your comments. I will start looking into RICO but it will most likely be a slow process.
Stubbo30 Jul 20, 2017 @ 5:55pm
I second astronauts24's question.
CBQ Fanatic Jul 20, 2017 @ 9:17am
could you make these RICO compatible?
Khrysler  [author] Jun 16, 2017 @ 6:29pm
@Rundll32.exe
I'll check it out. Thanks for letting me know.
Kaiser_Randall Jun 10, 2017 @ 12:00pm
Is it just me or is there no "subscribe to all" button on this?
Khrysler  [author] May 29, 2017 @ 5:50pm
jng72769
Thanks for suggestion. I'll look into it.
John in SC May 21, 2017 @ 10:45am
You should build a theme for all your NY buildings.
Khrysler  [author] Apr 23, 2017 @ 3:30pm
@Centurion
Very intresting. The Steam Plant looks like a nice place to visit now! The Washington Water and Power building might be good to recreate as a giant water pumping station in game. Love that brick cornice though!

The August Paulsen Center and US Bank Buildings are def good-looking. The Davenport Hotel is amaizing inside but outside isn't as much as exciting as inside WHICH is good for growables...hmm...
Centurion85 Apr 22, 2017 @ 7:39pm
@Khrysler
Well the Steam Plant in Spokane definitely has some big stacks. It was built in 1914 to burn coal and heat the entire city with steam heat. It evenually was convertet to produce electricity as well. It ceased operation in 1986 and was converted into a mini-mall/office/brewery.

The Washington Water and Power building is a giant brick hydro electric plant built around the same time, by the same architect.

Other buildings to check out in your G-Earth flyover are the August Paulsen Center (late 20's art deco) and the US Bank Building (1918 or so). The Davenport Hotel is another amazing structure built in the 1910's.
Khrysler  [author] Apr 22, 2017 @ 7:05pm
Thanks @Centurion!
I'll fly over to Spokane (in google earth of course) to check it out. I realized some smaller cities have some nice 20s-30s buildings waiting to be discovered. I've had an idea for power plants (postponed but it's gonna happen) just like the Steam Plant but likely to be bigger scale. Chimenies/smokestacks are one of my weaknesses...!
Centurion85 Apr 22, 2017 @ 6:28pm
I absolutely love your work Khrysler. Keep it up! If you need any more late19th/early 20th century architecural examples check out some of the buildings in Spokane, Washington. The Steam Plant and Washington Water and Power Plant would be epic additions.

Polskers Mar 15, 2017 @ 11:34pm
These are awesome buildings! Fit great in the downtown of any old style US city! Thumbs up! :) And great work - keep it up!
