-95% damage penalty
+10% clip size
+15% fire rate
each hit increases say cheesse meter slowly
when say cheesse meter is full you get a full 20 seconds of 35% damage bonus,20% clip size, 15% build rate and can spot enemy snipers and invisable spys
random mini-crits
no random critical hits

the picture makes your enemy 15% slower for the sentry, holds 4 flashbulbs and must spawn load.

Perhaps the concept should be a bioshock-esque information gathering weapon, the more snapshots the player has, the more powerful the engineer's weapons are against a certain class, making it much like that of the eyelander for the engineer.

Amazing weapon model as well as texture! I think its a great idea but i believe this could get op xD however i guess only targeting one enemy balances ita bit though! If i could somehow vouch for this weapon to be added i would. Tf2 needs a new engi pistol.
