@Lord: Exact reupload with the same truck and trailers is not something I'm okay with. If someone's looking into fixing these, then I hope they reach out instead.

@76561198133038450: Yeah, life happened. Modding is something I do in my free time if and when I feel like it. My job is heavily focused on Cities: Skylines and while I absolutely love what I do, it does mean that once my workday finishes, I often want to get away from my PC and do something completely different.

Just unsubscribe these if you have issues with them. Realistically, I won't get around to investigating the reports.

I'm afraid all the EU and US truck packs have the same issue but only some have a warning on skyve. Spent many days wondering what was causing this. Would be great if you marked these mods as broken or something

@Mr. Monday: I'm not entirely sure why or how, but it's creating "ghost" vehicles. I hope to have time to look into this soon, but it's probably gonna be some weeks at least.

Hello, first of all thank you for making these -- they look great. Now for a beginner question: how would I go about reclassifying these from generic industry to the Warehouse/Industries DLC vehicle type?

@Karose: It's totally on my to-do list, I simply just haven't had the time to do it yet. But oil along with trucks for the other industrial specialisations are coming at some point. :)

@Overlord: There's no mods I know of that do that, just like we get trains and ships half full (or less). I think it's about the demand being met in a timely manner. If everything waited until it was full, then we'd have a lot of buildings complaining. At least that's how I understand it to work. Or it could be how the truck AI works and it just doesn't benefit from higher capacities.

@Avanya Hello. I would like to ask you if you dont know any ingame tool which would allow your trucks to be 100% full. When they left factory "X" they are loaded about 50-51% which is exactly 8000/16000 which is default truck capacity. Thank you

... could you make proper American Tow Trucks? One small and at least one Heavy Wrecker, both props. Maybe even one with the boom extended.

There is only one tow truck that I can find, it's an old style, and quite small.

@Avanya I was hoping with the heavy traffic ban on alternative smaller vehicles would be sent to the buildings inside the downtown districts and still be able to use them to deliver exports to train and shipyards. Did the truck by itself look out of place with the original oil/forestry trailers?

@TwoPlex: Please see my ealier response to scoobyduped about my choice to make them generic industry vehicles. Also unless they're delivering to a building inside the district with the heavy traffic ban they should still respect it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think these vehicles are for generic industry, typically delivering goods in smaller box trucks, resulting in flooding commercial areas, hence why the heavy truck ban isn't working? I think we'd have to set them as a replacement for forestry, oil, and ore industry individually or somehow cut back on the overwhelmings amount (when subscribed to all?). In real life heavy trucks do go into dense areas from time to time, but usually it is the boxtrucks parking in loading zones or alleyways for corner/specialty stores.

@flyingturtle48/Avanya - Does the district with the heavy traffic ban have any commercial in it? Since these deliver from industry to commercial, they might ignore the ban if their destination is in that district.

They should respect the heavy traffic ban - at least the option which makes the game consider them heavy trucks is enabled. I'll check again and do some testing. Perhaps letting the simulation run for a while will fix it? Could be that the trucks had picked their path already and didn't recalculate.

Hello. I tried to apply an HGV ban on some of my communities, but your modded container trucks are somehow circumventing that. Is it possible to investigate this issue and to see if it can be patched? Thanks!

@Judazzz: No, these are the trailers I'll do (except possible 20ft ones) - they also have European styled license plates. Changing those two things are alot of work - not on the model itself, but when I'm importing 27 or 28 different versions each time, it takes forever. Most of the time making all these container assets have actually been spent naming all the freaking textures and then importing stuff! xD

@Wolfman, @fatfluffycat: No plans for the time being. I'm for sure gonna do more industrial vehicles at a later point, so it isn't unlikely I'll do some more variations then. But we'll see if I even get that far this yeah. ;)

@RED Floyd /(Weber)\ - I don't know what problems you experience, but I have been using ShroomBlaze/Matt Crux's trucks for quite some time now without any problems (I noticed flickering at first, but that was fixed, or rather the mod that caused it) a few weeks after Natural Disasters was released.

Just wondering: are you also planning trucks with 2-axle trailers? As far as I know the 3-axle configuration is pretty much the European standard, whereas in the US 2-axle ones seem to be the norm.

@scoobyduped: Thank you very much! :D I totally agree these don't work that great downtown and I did consider putting them in specialized industry, but that didn't feel right either. We're pretty much missing the warehouse/distribution center step in CS. I put them in generic industry at that fits best imo, but anyone is welcome to convert them to other industry types.

I do have (far in the future) plans to add better trailers to the specializations, so eventually I'll release some of these trucks which will go between the types of industry. :)

So I love the model. However I'm not a huge fan of using semi trucks as generic intustry vehicles, since they're really industrial-to-commercial delivery vehicles and semis going to downtown commercial districts causes traffic snarls, and isn't all that realistic IMO. Personally I think these would be better split between the various specialized industry types, that way they'd be making deliveries to generic industry rather than from it.
