please consider releases a version of this more rocket ammo mod for war of chosen without the need the long war mod it breaks far to many must have mods to be worth it, what ever the long war does.

This is an amazing mod, Sad it does noes not work with just WOTC and LW2 perks for WOTC does not cause a crash, just no changes appear. Still great mod, wish i could use it :)

Have you considered a tank buster rocket? Something that has high damage, AP, and shred but no radius and expensive?

I tried to give the rocket who have Gas and Incendiary Grenade. Then my grenades are disappeared from my inventory.

I tried to give the reckets to non technicals just out of curiosity and the mission crashed

Question:

did anybody actually try to give them to someone who isn't a technical?

Because it won't show it as restricted since there isn't a hook for that, but it should do nothing if you actually try to give it to them, as I've tried out on my end just to make sure I didn't accidentally break this.

Hm, The micro missiles aren't restricted to Technical in my game. Is there something I can do to fix it? Didn't find any useful line in the *.ini files.

@DabHand Well, Javelin Rockets seems to be the only perk with that problem... though Salvo does have a graphical bug that makes it appear that way (Firing one as your first action with Salvo won't end your turn, but the icon doesn't turn orange to indicate that).

You have a point with the thermobaric rockets though. Incendiary grenades have a decreased radius in LW2, so it makes sense that the rocket equivalent would as well.

Oh is that so? I just picked that perk based on this mod.. :/

Balance wise the napalm rocket could probably do with an area nerf. Otherwise all good so far.

The rockets don't seem to get the extra range from the Javelin Rockets perk that the regular rockets get. Is this deliberate?


Loving the mod, by the way. Lack of rockets seems to be one of the Technical's biggest problems.

Keep it in the steam folder, LW2 can have really bad interactions with local mods that have a dependency on it.

@RealityMachina It's in the XCOM 2\XComGame/Mods folder. Trying to change the load order to see if it fixes the problem. Any suggestions?

I had a bug with this mod. The loading screen would change from LW2 to default inside the sky ranger. The tutorial message box would not load and said the template could not be found. The objectives were missing during the loading screen and in game.

I tried disabling all mods and this was the one causing a problem, most likely due to an incompatibility with long war 2.

@RealityMachina I must ask you because im spreading the word (Also was a mistake to add because i did not see before your warning) Right now we need Jets because Archon have Jet legs and SPARK Jump Jets because of there weight so why not our troops have Jet Armor/Pack with fuel and risk?!?

Any plans to add more rocket types? Such as Shredder Rocket from LW1(it could shred armor and Rupture enemy), Stun Rocket or EMP Rocket etc.

Hi, after the last update the images for rockets just disappeared, I get the standard "IMAGE" placeholder only. I have deleted and re-downloaded the mod, but no result. Any ideas?

More ammo for Sawed off shotgun would be awesome! LW2 Ranger only bring 2 bullets of Sawed off shotgun into battlefield always confuse me. :steamsad:

I have other request for Flamethrower fuel too. It would be cool add a bule flame for anti-robot, or purple flame for intimidate bio enemy.:steammocking:

Would it be possible to make the classes that can use these items be configurable so that additional class mods that make use of the rocket / flamethrower secondary weapon can benefit from them?

Any chance of getting conventional rockets and LW1 esque shredder rockets? Would it also be possible to modify rocket targeting so you can airburst rockets like you could in xcom: ew?

Nice. The best thing about XCOM UFO Defense was the incediary rockets. They're back!
