Only mod I have installed. Doesn't do anything. Tried reassigning buttons and still nothing. There's another way to get a similar result, by editing the game files. I did it before and will do it again. Thanks anyway.

@argenex - I had to reasign zoom control to numpad numbers, that worked for me.

Doesn't actually work for us on our server, is there a button bound to it differently than the mousewheel to zoom out?

Not a huge issue, but I noticed the assigned button to switch from 3rd person to First Person does not work. I like to run around in 3rd person, but fight in First person. it would be nice to switch quickly.

Works fine, put to the end of your mod list. Been using this for a few years.

Hmm I am not sure. I barely remember how this mod works it has been so long. I would suggest experimenting with order.

On one of the servers I have this on, when zoomed out, the perspective shifts to be wierd, as in distant objects appear closer than when in first person. This doesnt seem to happen on all the servers I have it on so Im assuming its a mod compatibility issue. Where should this be placed in the mod load order?

I have never had any issues with this mod, besides when placing items. Rotating items with the mouse scroll wheel will adjust your distance even if you were in first person. Zooming out to third person, you will see the camera distance. However, it's a quick fix. Just zoom back in. I agree it is a common occurrence, however this mod isn't game breaking or crash-prone.

It's a shame, it's a great mod but it seems that the author has abandoned it, he doesn't even answer.

Anyone know of a way to change the keybind from scroll wheel to something like arrow keys?

So we tried this on our server, but when you are placing items, scroll wheel to rotate the item will also zoom you out/in. I placed several things then went outside and had a zoom view that looked like I was playing an RTS. lol We're uninstalling. It's just a bit much. If it didn't happen when placing /rotating then it'd be great. XD

And now the mod killed my game. Even alter unsubscribing, the game still crashes. Verified files, still crashes. The game played fine 5m before I loaded the mod. Is there an .ini this mod messed with?

Is there a mod order for this mod? After loading it, my Conan crashes immediately after launch. I have the mod added last in order now.

You can also change it by edit a .txt in data folder.

Alas, no. Whenever I'd set a limit someone would always ask for more so I just uncapped it.

Love the mod, one thing is I can't toggle first person now.

Before the push it was just doing a mod mismatch loop. Restarting the client and then throwing a mod mismatch error and then restarting in a loop but like I said its all fixed now with the push to live.

So after your push it is working fine.

It has been published yes. Hmm so you get a mod mismatch and it downloads it, then you get a mismatch again?

Has this been tested and published to live workshop? I tried this morning and it didn't work in singleplayer and it just creates a continual mismatch mod loop if on a server. i saw this was published to testlive workshop but not sure how to access that.

I've built this for 3.0 / sorcery and it is up on the testlive workshop. ID is 2855859966 if anyone wants to give it a try.

There are no limits at the moment. Any time in the past I put in something reasonable people wanted more :)

The testlive modkit is out now for the upcoming sorcery patch. Will take me 2 or 3 days to download then I'll start on this one first and get it out on the testlive workshop for testing. I want to make sure I don't mess up any of the new things that mess with the camera like rituals and casting and such.

Then I'll work on Booze Helper and Bark Byproduct. Those should be fine as they are simple recipe mods.
