@Rammenholm, lol no. Your flag is the flag of Upper Silesia only. The original flag / flag of Lower Silesia was white and yellow with a black eagle so the one the Author used is a mashup of both flags.

Here [img15.hostingpics.net] is a preview of the future focus tree, whith a generic part for all members, more a part specific for each country (as an exemple, only Moravia can do focus "Cavalry","Tanks" and "Industry" which will give boost to all members of the Federation) and a political part (player only, or if the player is not a member of the CEF, it will be Bohemia), which may result in the fusion of the countries. Once the Federation is formed, the player will also be able to complete the parts that were not made by the specific countries.

I think the german annexatios should be more like a vote such as the entire faction must vote or if one gurantees it it must acept that and you should add a focus for the leader making it a super country making everyone in that faction into one country with their units

Here [img15.hostingpics.net] is a preview of the new colors that are going to be added in the next update. I have nearly finnished the events and the adaptation of the german focus tree, so I will maybe post the update tomorrow or Thursday.

This is fictional history, and I know that this is completely anhistoric and unrealistic. I will change the region names in the next update (they will be all in English)

I didn't modified their AI, so it seems to be a problem with the default game AI.
About the events, I try to create new ones but it's more difficult than I thought, so I will need more time to change them.
On the general mod: I know that an independent Krakovia is completely improbable, but this mod is not supposed to be realistic, it's based on a map I saw and is an experiment I made before starting other projects. I will try to add focus trees and events, and I will try to improve it.
On the fascist flags: they will be changed, I will redesign them later.

The countries seem to never expand their militaries. Is this intended, or a glitch in the AI?

About the focus Sudetenland, I will replace the serie tomorrow, allowing to annex Ludatia, Silesia and other regions as Germany.
