Thanks for the feedback. I've fixed getting stuck on the walls. I'll upload the updated version soon.

I don't want to raise the skybox too much though, because I don't want players jumping on props and shooting over the walls. It's also low for some optimization reasons.

I'll play around with it though and see what I can do.

♥♥♥♥♥♥' hell m8. This is awesome. Also, do what TigerDragonB said. The clip is too low and you need some other clips on walls. Have you added clips on the models?

The map is nice, but the clip brush that goes over top the whole map is too low. I would say raise it up just enough that it still prevents people from getting ontop of the walls. I also think you should add clip brushes along the walls because there are a lot of little corners you can get stuck on.
