@ Landmark: Use the Ingame Editor to assign values, that you like, you can edit build costs, workers, maintanance, power output etc.

I'd love if you had a "cheaty" version of this that produced 1600mw of power and cost the same as a hydro electric dam to maintain, so I could make a custom dam complex that actually produced power. The default dams are fugly and I've been looking at alot of other peoples custom dam projects. They are purely aesthetic, if a building like this cost the same as a large dam and put out the same electricity it would be great for custom dam projects, taking them from aesthetic to functional as well.

this has saved my city; plop under the elevated-rail next to station, or behind a commercial lot next to dumpster, or somewhere else inconspicuous ... I hate disconnected power grids!
